The petition gathered a little more than 3 million signatures requesting to remove the actress from said film, however, DC Films and Warner Bros. affirmed that it would only reduce screen time since most of it has been recorded and is ready to go.
“The film ended in January, with director James Wan posting a congratulatory IG with Jason Momoa and Patrick Wilson (a new character)… but strangely, not mentioning Amber at all,” the outlet determined.
DC Films and Warner Bros. producer and distributor respectively will not back down due to possible loss of money, so he chose to limit her appearance in the film.
It should be remembered that all this arose after Depp's followers, like the general public, tried to expose the actress on networks, thus trying not to consider her for future projects in film and TV.
