In “Up in the Air” (2009), Farmiga appears N-, showing the back of her body. However, it was the director's decision to use someone else, because the actress was pregnant. As the protagonist of "The Conjuring" explained, she finally filmed the scene with George Clooney, but the scene with the body double remained in the final cut.

This is a separate case and it makes perfect sense. The actress was barely 14 years old when she filmed "The Blue Lagoon" (1980) and the script required her to do N-. Enough reason to use older body doubles in the riskier scenes, but the sc@nd@l still took place. Shields had to testify before the Justice to clarify the issue.
