American actor Tom Sizemore allegedly abused an 11-year-old actress during the filming of a movie in 2003, an assault that led the filmmakers to temporarily expel him from production.
The specialized media The Hollywood Reporter reported this incident today after speaking with a dozen actors and professionals involved in the production of that feature film.
The alleged victim, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said she recently hired a lawyer to find out if she could take legal action against Sizemore and his own parents.
For his part, the actor, through his agent Stephen Rice, declined to comment on those allegations.
The alleged assault took place during the last stretch of filming for the film "Born Killers" (2005) by director Morgan J. Freeman when a time when the girl had to sit on Sizemore's lap he rubbed her or introduced her a finger in her vagina.

Last year he was also arrested after her current partner denounced him for hitting her on the head.
In the 2003 case, he was sentenced to serve six months in prison, although the sentence was postponed to allow him to participate in a rehabilitation program for drug addicts.
