The British supermodel Kate Moss was criticized online and many users pointed out that she looked "unrecognizable" during a family meal in London.
British supermodel Kate Moss has received harsh criticism on social media after looking unrecognizable when she was seen smoking outside Cecconi's, a restaurant in Mayfair, London, a few days ago.
The 49-year-old was pictured meeting her brother Nick and her father Peter. She was wearing a pink and black polka dot blouse, black pants, and sandals. The catwalk queen was also seen hugging an unidentified woman outside the posh restaurant. Moss was criticized for her physical change, as she looks unrecognizable in the photos that went viral.
Moss's younger sister, Lottie, was notably absent from the family meal. Lottie, aged 25, made headlines last year when she voiced her frustration on social media, expressing her dissatisfaction with people attributing nepotism as the sole reason for not achieving wealth, fame, or success.
She wrote, "It's not fair that people from famous families often have an advantage because of their lineage. However, life isn't always equitable. If you set your mind to something, you can accomplish anything." This statement was swiftly deleted, but it came in response to a New York Magazine article discussing the "repo looked babies" – the offspring of renowned Hollywood figures. While Lottie was not featured in the cover story, she did make mention of her niece, Lila-Grace, who is the daughter of Kate Moss and aged 20.
In a surprising Instagram post in December 2022, Lottie made explosive claims, asserting that her sister Moss hadn't been particularly supportive throughout her life. She stated, "I understand that I come from a very privileged position as the sister of someone incredibly famous, but believe it or not, that person never truly supported me." Lottie also pointed out the significant age gap between them, emphasizing that she is 24 years younger than Moss. She added, "She doesn't have to desire a relationship with me. When she was younger, she might not have comprehended it."
Meanwhile, Moss recently revealed that her “happy place” used to be the dance floor, but she has reportedly been sober for two years. “When I started taking care of myself, things started to change. I think I'm happier than ever. I want to wake up and do pilates or yoga. I love mornings. Feeling like getting up in the morning is pretty new for me. I'm really excited because the day ahead is full of things to do. Now, work is a pleasure compared to what it was before, it makes it much easier,” she explained about her changing habits.
