Tom Cruise was upset to see that some workers were not complying with the safety measures established to avoid Covid-19 infections.
Tom Cruise made the news again after a controversial audio was leaked in which the actor unleashed all his fury against the production of the movie Mission Impossible 7.
In the audio, the actor threatens to fire two members of the production for not having respected the strict safety protocols to avoid COVID-19 infections.
"I don't want to see this again and if you don't, you're fired!" Cruise is heard shouting after seeing that two producers were viewing a shot on a screen without respecting the one-and-a-half-meter distance. The actor, in addition to being the protagonist of the saga, is the producer and one of the first to present a health protocol, so he obtained all the necessary permits for filming.
"We set the industry standard. Hollywood is currently producing movies thanks to our efforts. Their trust in us and our mission drives their work. I engage in late-night conversations with numerous studios, insurance companies, and producers, and they all align with our vision to bring their films to life. We're responsible for generating thousands of job opportunities," he declared.
"Our industry's closure is causing people to lose their homes. They're struggling to put food on the table and pay for their children's education. It's a heavy burden I carry with me every night, as it reflects on the future of our profession," he elaborated.
"I've made my stance clear, and I expect immediate action. We will not shut down this production! Is that understood? If I encounter any further issues, you'll face serious consequences, up to termination. Trust is at stake," he asserted, concluding his message.
