In a surprising interview with the magazine, Paris Hilton revealed that his first encounter was non-consensual at the age of 15.
Her billionaire heiress has spoken openly about her traumatic experience in which an older man drugged her in a shopping mall and abused her.
Hilton has opened up about her past experiences, shedding light on a chapter of her life that spans over two years, during which she participated in various behavior modification programs. She also discussed her choice to become a mother through a surrogate.
At the age of 42, Hilton bravely disclosed that she had been a victim of abuse by an older man she had encountered at a local California mall. Allegedly, he had surreptitiously tampered with her drink and took advantage of her vulnerable state.
At that time, Hilton was residing with her maternal grandmother in Palm Springs, California. She frequently visited Los Angeles to spend time with friends and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Westfield Century City mall, becoming a familiar presence.
She recalled the older group of individuals who were often seen around the mall's stores. Hilton and her friends engaged with these older individuals, sharing pager numbers and building connections.
One day, the older group "invited" Hilton and her friends to their house. Here, they were offered "berry wine coolers" to drink. Hilton, who was not accustomed to consuming alcohol or any substances at the time, remembered feeling pressured by one of the men to finish her drink.
After just a sip or two, Hilton began to experience dizziness and quickly lost consciousness. She suspected that a roofie (Rohypnol) may have been slipped into her drink.
Her next recollection was waking up hours later, a haunting awareness that something traumatic had occurred. Disturbingly, she retained memories of an individual atop her, covering her mouth and repeatedly whispering, "You're dreaming" into her ear.
This harrowing incident preceded a prolonged period in Hilton's life when she was sent to several behavior modification programs, including Provo Canyon School in Utah. During her time there, Hilton asserted that she was subjected to involuntary medication and nightly gynecological exams.
In the interview, Hilton conveyed the profound impact of these traumatic experiences on her childhood, stating, "I was just a little girl. I feel like my childhood was stolen from me." These experiences played a pivotal role in her life choices, including her decision to become a mother through a surrogate, rather than undergoing the physical rigors of childbirth.
Hilton also shared her past experience of miscarriage, revealing that, at that time, she did not feel prepared to embrace motherhood, and the topic carried a significant burden of shame.
This interview serves as a poignant revelation, shedding light on Hilton's tumultuous past and her courageous journey to overcome the aftermath of abuse and the stigma associated with it.
