Reports indicate that the 36-year-old actress has sold her California home and relocated to the outskirts of the Spanish capital, all while discreetly bringing her young daughter, Oonagh, with her.

According to a report published by the Daily Mail and subsequently echoed by various media outlets, Heard has made this significant move, indicating her desire to step away from the Hollywood spotlight. It's revealed that she is bilingual in Spanish and appears content with the decision to raise her daughter in a quieter, more serene environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the entertainment industry.

As stated by a close friend of Heard, "I don't think she's in a hurry to get back to work or to Hollywood, but she'll probably come back when the time is right for the right project."

In recent months, Amber Heard was spotted in Mallorca, but it now appears that she has permanently settled in the outskirts of Madrid, forging connections with the local community. Residents describe her as just another neighbor who buys groceries, speaks Spanish with a Mexican accent, and greets everyone politely with a "good morning."

During her time in Mallorca, the actress had rented a house from the family of Maria Antònia Munar, the former president of the Consell de Mallorca. It is worth noting that she sold her California residence less than a year ago for $1.1 million.

Amber Heard's most recent work includes the upcoming film "Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom," set to be released later this year, and a modest thriller titled "In The Fire," which sparked a petition on Change.org calling for her dismissal.

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp, who plays the role of King Louis XV, is the star of the historical drama "Jeanne du Barry," which is set to open the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. This film marks Depp's return to the big screen following a tumultuous legal battle with his ex-wife, Amber Heard, in which both parties accused each other of physical and verbal abuse. The case resulted in a civil jury awarding Depp $10 million in damages and Heard $2 million. In December, the two reached a legal settlement.
