I'll be working with the organization Represent Us... trying to help young people get involved politically at a local level." Consequently, the coming year will see Lawrence abstain from new film projects or related endeavors.
During her hiatus, Lawrence will champion the fight against corruption by advocating for the "approval of anti-corruption laws in different States, to repair our democracy." This initiative is the culmination of months of collaboration between the actress and Represent Us.
