Alexandra Dayanara Oré Morales, at first glance, appeared to be an ordinary 28-year-old woman seeking love on Tinder.
However, beneath her seemingly innocuous profile, she was orchestrating elaborate scams alongside her partner, targeting affluent businessmen for their money and jewelry. Dubbed "the black widow," she carefully executed her schemes, leaving victims drugged and robbed.
The Peruvian Police initiated an investigation into a series of incidents involving drugged businessmen who fell prey to Morales's scams. In 2021, images of her arrest surfaced after she targeted a foreign businessman, leaving him unconscious and robbed of his watch, chains, and gold rings.
Her consistent "modus operandi" proved both effective and elusive until her eventual arrest. Teaming up with her husband, César Enrique Villa Torrecello, Morales selected potential victims through flirting and arranged dates at luxurious restaurants. Once at the victims' apartments, she spiked their drinks with powerful sleeping pills, rendering them unconscious.
Morales then called in her partner and another accomplice, distracting guards while Villa entered the premises. The duo systematically searched for jewelry, safes, and credit cards, aiming to empty bank accounts.
Known as "The Black Widow," Morales evaded detection by avoiding the use of her real name and gained notoriety as "The Tinder Scammer" or "The TikTok Scammer." On TikTok, she flaunted a lavish lifestyle, showcasing high-end brands without remorse.
This was not Morales's first brush with criminal activities. In 2019, she faced charges as the leader of a criminal gang specializing in residential burglaries. Employing similar tactics, she infiltrated casinos, deceived her targets, and stole keys to apartments without detection, allowing her accomplices to ransack the homes when the victims were away.
