“I am always inspired when I hang out with the brilliant new generation of Latin actresses, they inject me with strength and inspiration,” Salma wrote on her Instagram account, tagging three talented actresses who are succeeding in the American film industry: Jenna Ortega, Camila Morrone and Alexa Demie.
In her publication, she shared some photos with these young stars, starting with Camila, at a time when they both shared a dressing room, and apparently also some beauty secrets, since they did their makeup together. “Inspired by you, we love you very much,” said the actress with Argentine roots, with whom Salma had already been seen very close at the 2020 Oscars.
The Grown Ups star also showed off a selfie with Alexa taken in October last year during the Balenciaga show at Paris Fashion Week. The 32-year-old actress, whose career was catapulted thanks to her performance in Euphoria (HBO), reacted to Salma's mention by placing several kissing emojis.
Jenna, one of the actresses of the moment thanks to the success of the series Wednesday (Netflix), also reacted to Hayek's words. “Thank you very much for everything you do and for paving the way,” commented the interpreter of Mexican descent, highlighting the fact that Salma has opened doors that were difficult to access for a long time as part of the Latin community.

“Now they can be seen all over the world and a lot of work has been generated. Not only because doors have opened in the industry, but, beyond that, they have entered our countries to make collaborations that have strengthened local cinema,” she explained.
