The Duke and Duchess of Sussex fell in love on a blind date arranged by a mutual friend in London. They began dating in June 2016, making their first public appearance together at the Invictus Games in Toronto in September 2017. A year and a half after meeting, Harry proposed. In May 2018, they married in a stunning chapel wedding. St.George of Windsor Castle, and on June 6 they became parents to Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

Angela Levin recounts in her book "Harry: Conversations with the Prince" that the now Duke of Sussex "met Sarah Ann Macklin at a party and they left together that night."
"During the early days of his relationship with Meghan, Harry was on dates with Macklin. They met at a private party, he took her number and bombarded her with text messages. But it turned out to be just a fling," Levin notes in his post. According to a friend of the model, "they didn't have many things in common."
The Sun notes that Macklin has been on the cover of publications such as Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and has also built a successful career as a nutritionist. After completing her studies at Oxford College she began practicing at the exclusive ROC Private Clinic.
Marie Claire magazine has described her as "the Jamie Oliver (known English chef) of nutrition" and The Rake magazine named her its Woman of the Year in 2017.
The author then goes on to explain that the duchess was currently ending her relationship with famous chef Cory Vitiello. "There was some confusion about whether or not Meghan had broken up with her boyfriend of two years at that time."
The Canadian was Markle's boyfriend from 2014 – just after her divorce from producer Trevor Engeleson – and until 2016 – the year the then-actress met Harry.
