On his side, Tanaka, at 40 years old, has not been able to have children, so he would have thought about starting a family with the pop performer.
And although it is an anonymous version of the events, the truth is that Carey and Tanaka have not been seen together in recent years. In fact, if we remember, it would not be the first time that both have taken a break in the relationship.
In mid-2017, the author of “All I Want for a Christmas Is You” chose to briefly separate from the dancer, although they returned a few weeks after making their breakup official.
Speculation about her breakup began when the performer surprised her followers while she went on a solo trip to Aspen, Colorado. The fact that a personality as famous as Mariah Carey decides to travel alone and without company is an indication that things are not going well.
However, the most obvious clue came when Tanaka did not attend the “Merry Christmas One and All” tour, which began last November.
Although the rumors of their separation are recent, Carey already gave signs that things between them were not going well since the beginning of the month. Especially, during an interview with a renowned North American magazine.
