Royal enthusiasts were caught off guard in mid-January when Kensington Palace announced that the Princess of Wales had undergone planned abdominal surgery, necessitating an extended recovery period.

LEAVE IT TO ME! Prince William BLOCKING Harry & Meghan's Plan To Outshine Catherine

Consequently, Katherine's scheduled appointments and engagements were canceled through March, with her resumption of royal duties expected sometime afterward. Although the exact timeline remains unspecified, many anticipate her return to work in April or May, coinciding with plans Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have around the same time.

Royal author Angela Levan, who gleaned insights while writing the book "Harry: A Biography of a Prince" in 2018, shared details about the upcoming activities of the Sussexes. Despite not having visited the UK together since 2022, Harry and the former actress are reportedly preparing for a trip to London in May to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

It's believed that the couple will be accompanied by their two children, Archie and Lilibet. Levan mentioned that there's been advice for the Sussexes to project more positivity, suggesting that their visit could coincide with Princess Katherine's return to royal engagements.

However, there's uncertainty regarding the Sussexes' visit following Harry's legal setback against the home office over his right to automatic police protection. Retired High Court Judge Sir Peter Lane affirmed the decision, stating that any departure from policy was justified. This ruling poses challenges for Harry's return to the UK, compounded by Prince William's alleged efforts to impede his brother's reintegration into the royal fold.

Amidst his father's recent surgery and his own legal battles, Harry expressed concern for his family's safety in the UK. He vowed to challenge the court's decision through an appeal, although this legal process could prolong his absence from Britain.

Despite claims that Harry would be willing to assume a temporary royal role during his father's illness, sources close to William refute the possibility of his brother's immediate return. Royal commentator Helen A. Chard emphasized the importance of Harry maintaining ties with the royal family, highlighting its symbolic significance of continuity, stability, and pride.
