Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have positioned themselves as staunch advocates against online hate, portraying themselves as guardians striving to purify the digital realm of toxicity.
The exiled Duke and Duchess of Sussex have employed various media platforms to condemn online trolling, highlighting its detrimental effects on mental well-being. Meghan, in particular, has openly discussed the profound toll of negative reactions, describing them as nearly insurmountable during a heartfelt plea for empathy.
Meanwhile, Harry reportedly maintains several anonymous accounts to actively monitor online forums and publicly criticize toxic behavior. Additionally, he has taken on a role in the Commission of Information Disorder within the Aspen Institute, a global organization, further solidifying his commitment to addressing online misinformation.
However, what if I told you this entire act is nothing but a mirage, a publicity stunt at best? Harry and Meghan are, in fact, at the forefront of one of the biggest internet trolling gangs of the internet age. This gang, unofficially led by a man they consider a professional ally and friend named Christopher Bowy, has been paid for research by Meghan and was famously featured in a high-profile Netflix reality show.
Both Bowy and his army of trolls portray themselves as do-gooders trying to combat bad behavior on the internet. Yet, extensive research and investigation reveal that they are the ones perpetuating the worst trolling, at times even threatening the lives and livelihoods of individuals who exercise their right to free speech by criticizing the public behavior of Harry and Meghan.
Dan Wuen has pointed out that while Harry and Meghan claim to have nothing to do with the Sussex Squad, there are close connections between the former royals, PR firms, Bowy, and the main leaders of the trolls.
These individuals, including Sarah Data, an anonymous account with over 20,000 followers, have spread horrendous rumors about members of the royal family, such as the whereabouts of Princess Katherine, fueled by Bowy's influence. Given their dangerous actions, a complete police investigation with MI5 oversight is warranted to monitor these individuals closely, particularly Bowy, given his overt creation of conspiracy theories and the inherent danger they pose.
Furthermore, a new report suggests that Meghan Markle has not learned from her mistakes and is branded as incapable of regret. According to Lady Colin Campbell, one of Harry and Meghan's biggest critics, Meghan lacks any semblance of regret despite her short time as a royal. Both Harry and Meghan have been accused of throwing the royal family under the bus multiple times in various media interviews and through Harry's forthcoming memoir. It appears that the Sussexes see no reason to apologize for their mistakes, constantly seeking apologies from others instead.
