Musician Keith Urban attended the CMT Music Awards and spoke about the relationship he has with his wife, trying to avoid giving marriage advice because every relationship "is different."
Nicole Kidman has been in Hollywood for many years and has her career more than established in the industry. There is no shortage of projects for the Australian, whom we will see again in season 2 of Nine Perfect Strangers or in Expatriates, her new series on Prime Video. Despite all of her work commitments, the actress does not divert her attention from one of her fundamental pillars: her family.
Kidman has had several loves in her life, although two are the ones that have marked her. First she was married to Tom Cruise, a marriage that lasted a decade and after her separation in 2001 she felt liberated. But years later Nicole would meet the love of her life, musician Keith Urban, whom she married in 2006.
They have currently been together for 17 years and share two daughters, Sunday and Faith. It is common to see them together at events where their connection is more than palpable. But... What is the secret of their relationship? Keith was asked about this at the CMT Music Awards: "If I answer that, it will seem like advice to other married people," he told E News.
"I don't have any advice for anyone. You have to find what works for you. We're still at it. So are you. Everyone is different," he explained.
The 56-year-old musician wanted to make it clear that each couple has a dynamic behind closed doors that no one else will understand and said: "There is no one size fits all, everything fits." In this way, he wanted to make it understood that there is no magic formula for love and that each relationship has its secret.
Furthermore, he has been asked if he would collaborate with her wife and record a song with her. He answered very cheerfully: "We sing a lot at home, so why not?"
It's not the first time Keith or Nicole have talked about what their family life is like at home with music. The actress already commented on The Ellen DeGeneres Show: "The good thing about being married to a musician is that you have music in the house all the time. There is something very joyful about having music. Keith can play practically any instrument. He just plays the piano 7 in the morning, that's what we have: breakfast around the piano and it's a big part of our life.
