Meghan Markle FUMING As Designer Julien Macdonald REFUSES To Dress Her

Despite numerous fashion missteps, Meghan Markle continues to view herself as a style icon.

Meghan Markle FUMING As Designer Julien Macdonald REFUSES To Dress Her

Time and again, she appears in high-end outfits, convinced she looks fantastic. This persists because she views herself through a distorted lens, believing she appears beautiful and elegant. However, she often wears ill-fitting clothing, mistakenly thinking she is taller than she is, resulting in outfits that drag on the ground like street sweepers.

An example of this was during her visit to Nigeria, where she exposed her chest, shoulders, and arms while her hosts were fully covered. This indicates a lack of emotional empathy and an inability to read the room. She refuses to listen to advice, as it threatens her need for control, leading to more fashion disasters rather than successes. This issue was highlighted by designer Julien Macdonald, as reported by Richard Eden for the Daily Mail. Macdonald, who previously dressed Queen Camilla, now hopes to dress the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton. At the Fragrance Foundation Awards in London, he expressed his desire, stating, "I'd love to dress her in one of my dresses. I've got a great relationship with Camilla; she's incredible."

Macdonald, a former contestant on "Strictly Come Dancing" and once crowned British Fashion Designer of the Year, mentioned that Camilla occasionally seeks his style advice. He shared, "When I see her at different events, I'll say, 'You look really nice, Camilla,' and she'll respond, 'Do you like it? Oh, I'm glad you approve.'" However, when asked about Meghan Markle, Macdonald responded, "No, I prefer Kate and Camilla." This preference is a significant blow to Meghan, who believes every fashion designer should want to work with her. The rejection, especially favoring her perceived rivals, deeply wounds her. This rejection is problematic for someone with narcissistic tendencies, as she needs to be the center of attention and any praise directed elsewhere threatens her sense of control. Macdonald's preference for Camilla and Catherine exacerbates her wounded pride.

Over time, evidence of Meghan's unlikability and self-absorption has built up. While only a few may have seen through her behavior early on, her actions have been extensively covered by the media, leading more people to recognize her narcissism. This growing awareness diminishes her appeal, as shown by Julien Macdonald's clear preference for dressing Camilla and Catherine.

Meghan often wears ill-fitting clothes, neglects to iron them, and frequently appears inappropriately dressed for the occasion. The term "being Markled" has become synonymous with poor business practice, making it undesirable to be associated with her. It seems she picks outfits first and then looks for events to wear them to, rather than the other way around.

In contrast, Catherine, the Princess of Wales, is a style icon. Her outfits sell out quickly and are featured worldwide. She has the ability to make even the simplest and most affordable garments look stunning. While some outfits are more successful than others, she has never had a complete fashion failure. Queen Camilla clearly values and listens to fashion advice. She understands the importance of her appearance, knows what suits her, and maintains a style appropriate for her age and rank. Despite being more comfortable in casual attire, she has adapted well to more formal dressing, reflecting her position.
