Flamingo Estate is broadening its horizons through an exciting new partnership with the prestigious JW Marriott brand.
Renowned for its luxury accommodations and immersive experiences, JW Marriott has introduced a sensorial journey across its vast portfolio of over 100 properties worldwide, spanning 35 countries and territories. This collaboration offers guests at selected JW Marriott locations an opportunity to embark on a journey designed to ignite their senses of smell, sound, and taste.
Drawing inspiration from the shared love of nature and gardening by Jay Willard Marriott and Alice Marriott, each JW Marriott property boasts its own garden oasis. Here, guests can immerse themselves in the beauty and tranquility of nature while the staff harvests fresh herbs and vegetables. These botanical treasures are then thoughtfully incorporated into culinary delights, spa treatments, and turn-down amenities, enhancing the overall guest experience with a touch of freshness and sustainability.
But wait, hold the phone! Flamingo Estate, a force to be reckoned with, is making waves with JW Marriott. Remember Megan Marle's evening with Marriott back in 2022? Well, now Flamingo Estate believes it can make a global impact alongside JW Marriott. Guests at selected JW Marriott locations will indulge in a multisensory experience, featuring a signature scent, nature-inspired sounds, and locally sourced honey from California. And speaking of honey, wouldn't some jam pair nicely? Perhaps there's a certain enthusiast who might be interested.
"When we were considering potential partners for collaboration, we envisioned entities that seamlessly integrated the concepts of nature and well-being with a touch of luxury," explains Bruce Rower, Vice President and Global Brand Leader of JW Marriott. With many of these exquisite gardens crafted by Studio Ly K Quang, the JW Garden has become a hallmark of the hospitality experience. This aligns perfectly with Flamingo Estate's mission to celebrate the world through garden-grown products, crafted the slow and sustainable way.
Now, shifting gears to a different narrative, whatever happened to AR's highly anticipated jam rollout of 2024? Reports suggest that Megan Marle faced challenges in launching her new business venture, American Riviera Orchard, primarily due to lukewarm public response to her line of strawberry jams. Despite Megan's efforts to generate excitement through influencers and trademark registrations for various products, including home goods, cosmetics, fragrances, and dog accessories, the reception fell short of expectations.
Critics on social media poked fun at Megan's decision to number each jar, reminiscent of limited edition art prints. Despite sending out prototype jars, Megan has yet to officially launch any products. Angela Levan, a collaborator with Prince Harry and a critic of Megan's venture, noted her struggles in finding a CEO and chef to oversee operations due to her meticulous nature. "She's in a jam," remarked Levan, highlighting the challenges Megan faces in moving the business forward.
