IT'S OVER for Prince Harry! King Charles to VISIT the US and END Things Once and for All

A source close to the royal family has disclosed that King Charles is planning a future visit to see his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, whom he reportedly misses dearly.

IT'S OVER for Prince Harry! King Charles to VISIT the US and END Things Once and for All

These children, belonging to the Duke of Sussex, have had only brief interactions with the King. In stark contrast, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, the children of the Prince of Wales, are quite close to their grandfather. King Charles has only met Lilibet once and has rarely seen Archie.

The King is reportedly frustrated by the distance and only sees Archie and Lilibet during rare video calls from their parents' Montecito estate. He longs for a more intimate bond with them, especially after sending Lilibet a heartfelt gift and card for her third birthday earlier this month. Queen Camilla is allegedly encouraging efforts to enhance their relationship.

The prolonged court struggle between Harry and the Home Office over the loss of his UK police protection has made him cautious about bringing his children to visit family in the UK. According to The Mirror, Harry told the court that he cannot feel at home with his children in the UK if it is not possible to keep them safe there. Royal analyst Tom Quinn has confirmed the King's interest in a trip to the US and revealed that the King has discussed an official visit to the United States in the future. If it goes ahead, it would include time to visit his youngest son and grandchildren. However, there are significant planning hurdles to overcome before that becomes a possibility.

King Charles has privately visited many countries and made an unpublicized visit to Transylvania, for example, to check on his rental properties. Therefore, it is possible he might make a discreet private visit to the Duke and the children in California. Quinn further explained that the King cannot wait to see Archie and Lilibet again and is troubled by the thought that they might not remember him as the kind, welcoming grandpa he always imagined himself to be.

The Duke is reportedly looking for a secluded Georgian house close to the King's Highgrove estate. Royal expert Tom Quinn speculated that the Duke may be seeking to set up a new family base in Britain in response to the King's desire to spend more time with his grandchildren. The Duke has put in a lot of effort trying to figure out what kind of UK base he might have. According to Quinn, Harry lacks life experience, having only ever lived in secure homes far from public areas, and finds flaws in every house he inspects.
