During the early episodes of the ninth and final season of the MTV series, Pivarnick first suspected she might be pregnant after taking a pregnancy test while attending a birthday celebration for Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s daughter. Excited but cautious, she shared the news with her close friend and castmate Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, who was pregnant with her son Vincent at the time.
