The young model, businesswoman and actress managed to dethrone the singer Selena Gómez, who in 2017 ranked first on the list of celebrities who earn the most from sponsored content and which is drawn up every year by the specialized British company Hopper HQ.
Gomez is now in second place, while footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is in third place.
Other internationally known celebrities, singers and athletes complete the list of highest paid instagrammers.
Jenner, 20, has 111 million followers on Instagram and recently graced the cover of Forbes magazine, which declared her the world's next youngest billionaire to make her fortune "for herself."

The great media coverage of her helped her to be ranked first among those who earned the most on Instagram in 2018, after the previous year she stayed in fourth place.
Other members of the Kardashian family, Kendall Jenner and Kloe Kardashian, take 10th and 11th places respectively on this list.
The sums of money that celebrities can earn for using and displaying products from different brands on their social networks have increased significantly since last year.
In 2017, an influencer was paid no more than $550,000 per post. This year, that sum has nearly doubled.
Mike Bandar, co-founder of Hopper HQ, said the increase is because advertising companies are "moving away from mediums like TV and print newspapers because they find more profit from promoting through social media."
Forced to alert
Influencers are required to specify which of their Instagram posts are an advertisement so that the public is aware that they have been paid to do so.
Some of them have been criticized for their lack of transparency.
In 2017, the UK Advertising Watchdog intervened in a post by British makeup blogger Sheikhbeauty for failing to clarify that she had been paid to use and promote the products of a slimming drink company.
Other bodies are currently examining whether social media stars should face tougher rules to regulate their sponsored posts.
Many believe that influencers are blurring the lines between what is editorial content and what is advertising content.
