The actress made a joke about one of the models that she wore in Cannes and users have accused her of being racist.
Blake Lively made a joke on social networks referring to her butt that generated great controversy. The actress shared with all her followers a montage of one of her outfits, a very tight golden dress that she wore on the red carpet in Cannes, with an image from the front and another from behind.
Next to the photograph, she wrote the comment: "Los Angeles face and Oakland butt", referring to "Baby got back", a song by rapper Sir Mix A Lot. This joke about her ass, which has increased because of her second pregnancy, didn't sit well with the town in the San Francisco Bay area, so they ended up calling her a racist.
One of the first to come out to defend her publicly was the rapper himself, the author of the song, saying that he doesn't think the comment is because it looks bad. "Nobody in the world is going to tell me that a woman who wears that dress thinks she is fat," he pointed out, and clarified that his topic was not "about a racist battle."
