Robert de Niro, the scoundrel of Hollywood

On August 17, 1943, Robert Anthony De Niro Jr. was born in the Italian neighborhood of New York Greenwich Village. Nicknamed Bobby Milk by his classmates due to his pale face, Robert dropped out of school at the age of 16 to pursue drama studies at the Dramatic Workshop, Stella Adler Theater School, and Luther James Studio. His feet first set foot on a stage in Anton Chekoz's play The Bear. Later, Three Rooms in Manhattan is the title with which he discreetly makes his film debut under the direction of Marcel Carne.

A man of few words and many facets. Considered the pattern of cinema but is also associated with major addictions and compulsive nature.

Robert de Niro, the scoundrel of Hollywood

Robert De Niro's life has been plagued with unexpected twists, breakups, and debauchery. Anyone would say that he transferred his fictitious roles of him to real life. Bette Midler, Whitney Houston, Uma Thurman, and Liza Minnelli have been some of the names that have been romantically linked to the consecrated actor, but the reality is that, officially, his love life was only led by three women: the singer Diahnne Abbot, the model Toukie Smith, and Grace Hightower, with whom he has married up to two times. He also has a special place in his life, Naomi Campbell.

These relationships were surrounded by alleged infidelities, drug problems, alcohol, and very little understanding between the couple. Especially with his last wife, Grace Hightower, with whom he is still involved in legal matters due to his tumultuous divorce.

De Niro has six children, but without a doubt, the apple of his eye is none other than Drena. She is the girl he adopted with his first wife Diahnne Abbot and with whom, in addition to having a close relationship, he has also been able to share work in the cinema.

A great lover of New York City, as he considers himself, he also says that his family environment was quite unstable. In 2014, De Niro presented in Rome Remembering the artist Robert de Niro Sr, a documentary about the figure of his father. This documentary presents the painter, whose H, S- was made latent in the film. Shawn Lewy comments in De Niro's biography that the actor's instability with women may be associated with his family model. On the one hand, his father's H, S-, and on the other hand, his mother, the painter, and poet Virginia Holton was S- and had extramarital affairs when she was still married to her father.

Addictions and S- harassment

Lewy also speaks in the actor's biography that he has a fairly latent addiction to cocaine and that he also shared it with the late actor John Belushi, whom he considered a great friend. In the same way, the author of the biography exposes him as an inveterate womanizer with a labyrinthine and tormented S- life.

As if that were not enough, last October, De Niro was denounced by his former assistant Graham Chase Robinson. According to the worker, she received S- charged comments and abusive language, which is why she was suing her. The woman herself claims in her complaint that she called her a "bitch," "a brat," and a "pussy." Not to mention that he encouraged her to get "pregnant" with a partner of hers.

The actor had also previously sued her for "embezzlement" and for watching 25 episodes of Friends at her job.
