Tom Holland and Zendaya gave an interview in which they revealed their differences
Tom Holland and Zendaya met in mid-2016 when they began filming Spider-Man: Homecoming, the first film in the superhero trilogy in which the British man played Peter Parker and the American Michelle "M.J" Jones-Watson. Today they are one of the most acclaimed couples in Hollywood, but they don't always manage to agree.
It all started as a great friendship and Amy Pascal, executive producer of Sony Pictures, advised them not to get romantically involved because if things ended badly they could damage the chemistry of the characters who are also a couple in fiction. However, the love was stronger and at first they preferred to keep it a secret.
When they confirmed the news on social media, fans went wild. The couple is the most successful young actor today: the British are at the top of his career with other films like "Uncharted", while the American is the protagonist of "Euphoria" and one of the best dressed in Hollywood.
What don't Tom Holland and Zendaya agree on?
In an interview they did with each other, they faced each other to discuss some Internet topics and what their tastes are. One of the statements they debated was "London is the best city in the world", which generated laughter from both.
It should be remembered that Holland was born in Kingston upon Thames, in southwest London, while Zendaya was in Oakland, California, and both have very different cultures. The actor assured that he "extremely agrees" with that statement, while his girlfriend said that it is "a beautiful city", but that "there are other equally beautiful cities in the world", so he did not agree.
Another subject of debate was the food: "Which is better, American or English?" Zendaya couldn't decide and Tom Holland chose the one from his country. It was one of the funniest moments since the Spiderman actor wanted his girlfriend to try the Jaffa Cookies, but when she found out that they are filled with orange jam, she said no between laughs.
