At 81 years old, Martha Stewart is the oldest model in cover history.
Stewart told the Magazine that she will be on the cover of the new issue that will be released on May 18. The cooking expert traveled to the beaches of the Dominican Republic to be photographed by Ruven Afanador.
But the 81-year-old Stewart wasn't the only one, as she was joined by Megan Fox, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader, who will also grace the cover of Swimsuit magazine this year.
“I like that photo,” Stewart said, as she is making history by being the oldest woman to grace the cover.
"I'm kind of shaking because it's weird to go to an island and then change into nine different bathing suits in one day in front of all these people...it worked out."
Asked during the show how she came up with such a great job, Stewart said the idea began in November of last year, and she "told her co-hosts that by the end of January, she needed to be ready to pose."
“You know, that was kind of a request that she's never had before,” Stewart said with a smile. “And being on the cover at my age was a challenge. I think I met the challenge."
She used 10 different swimsuits in the Dominican Republic
