The actress of films such as 'A Wrinkle in Time' and 'The Ocean's 8' pondered: "I know that people are really interested in my body and the changes in my body. I think it's flattering and, sometimes, a too little, so I don't try to absorb too much". She concluded: "The truth is, I spend a lot of time and energy trying to be healthy."
The famous explained a little bit of her routine – even though she is a mother of two children. “I just tell myself I have to basically do 20 miles a week, walking or running. She is mom to Katherine (5) and Spencer ( 2 years).
Last year, the actress addressed her weight loss and denied having gone through crash diets. "I had to act in a movie two months after my daughter was born, so I was like, 'I just want salmon and spinach, I'll eat that for three months.
She added: "When the world started to go back to normal I thought, 'This eating what I see in front of me without thinking about it maybe isn't the right thing. Honestly, I haven't done anything much different. I ate what I like to eat. Restrictive diets don't work for me. I just ate less”
