Kate Winslet can be called a fairly demanded actress. Every year 2-3 films are released, where she plays one of the main roles. When she was invited to take part in the movie The Favorite, Ella Winslet declined, preferring to work with the more famous and experienced Woody Allen in Wonder Wheel.
Rachel Weisz. Yorgos Lanthtimos, the director of The Favourite, had previously worked with Weisz on the film Lobster. There, the actress played the leading role. Her tandem with Colin Farrell turned out to be very successful, so nothing is surprising in the fact that in her new project, Lanthimos again wanted to see this talented English actress.
5. Aaron Taylor-Johnson - Gary “Eggsy” Unwin (Kingsman: The Secret Service, 2015)
He participated in the “Godzilla” project. Aaron Taylor-Johnson was a favorite for the role of Eggsy. Director Matthew Vaughn wanted to see him in his film, but, as is often the case with actors, his work schedule became an obstacle.
