1. JENNIFER ANISTON'S “LEPRECHAUN” (1993)
A year before playing Rachel Green in the hit series “Friends”, Jennifer Aniston made her big screen debut in the 1993 movie “Leprechaun”. terrible upon its release, and it is certainly a film that Aniston herself wants to forget.
2. JOHNNY DEPP'S “NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET” (1984)
Depp played Glen Lantz, a young teenager threatened by the infamous Krueger while they were sleeping. The film was written and directed by master slasher filmmaker Wes Craven, and is considered by horror fans to be a rite of passage, even making it to the top ten on Empire's list of the best horror movies of all time.
3. LELEONARDOICAPRIO “CRITTERS 3” (1991)
Leonardo DiCaprio was just 16 years old when he made his Hollywood debut in “Critters 3,” the second sequel to the original 1986 horror classic. DiCaprio played Josh, who joins Charlie McFadden in his ongoing fight against the alien creatures. The movie had a terrible 0% rating on movie review site Rotten Tomatoes.
4. TOM HANKS “HE KNOWS YOU'RE LONELY” (1980)
Tom Hanks is best known these days for his family roles, so it may come as a surprise to learn that he got his big break in the horror flick “He Knows that you are alone” from 1980. The actor was 24 years old at the time.
5. HILARY SWANK “BUFFY THE VAMPIRE Slayer” (1992)
The film version of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” has been surpassed in popularity by the hit television series. Hilary Swank played one of Buffy's friends in the 1992 movie, which is much smarter than your average horror movie and even manages to include some funny moments. Ben Affleck also makes an appearance on this tape, in an uncredited role as one of the Hemery High basketball players.
6. NEVE CAMPBELL'S “THE DARKNESS” (1993)
Campbell only made a brief appearance in the 1993 low-budget horror film “The Darkness,” about an unrealistic giant rat lurking under a small town graveyard. The movie may not have the most impressive special effects, but it has become something of a cult classic and is worth checking out.
7. CHLOE GRACE MORETZ'S “THE AMITYVILLE HORROR” (2005)
Chloe Grace Moretz starred in the 2005 film “The Amityville Horror.” This was a remake of the classic 1979 film of the same name, which was based on a book that was supposed to be the true story of the Lutz family of New York. The film was a flop, but luckily it didn't affect Chloe Grace Moretz's Hollywood career.
