The Los Angeles courts consider proven that Aretha Wilson, 40, a former model, was responsible for assaulting the famous actor at a party in the Hollywood hills in June 2005.

According to witnesses, the actor was attacked when he was leaving the place with some friends, one of whom was rebuked by Wilson moments before DiCaprio received the impact of the glass.

The former model served 330 days in jail in Los Angeles County, which will be commuted from the total sentence that a Californian state prison will have to serve. DiCaprio had to receive medical attention and required 17 stitches to his face and one ear.
