The 59-year-old actor was seen in the stands enjoying a baseball game this weekend and he is unrecognizable! Some have even wondered if Cruise went under the knife.
The protagonist of the Mission: Impossible saga was photographed while attending the second game of the National League Division Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Francisco Giants this Saturday at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California.
He indeed looks a little different physically. His face seems swollen and he even shows some chin. Perhaps it is the years, some point out, since he is about to turn 60 and time also passes for the famous.
However, the networks have been filled with questions and speculation from followers, who wonder if the actor underwent aesthetic treatment.
"Tom Cruise what have you done to your beautiful face? I was so disappointed when I saw you in the stands at the Dodgers game! Stop putting crap on your face please," a fan of the actor said on Twitter.
"What's with the puffy cheeks like a squirrel? Tom has done something to his face or gained some weight. But that's our Tom!" said another.
Other users, however, came out to defend him: "He still looks very good for his age. He is almost 60 years old."
At the moment, Cruise's team has not commented on the interest and speculation that the Top Gun actor's public appearance has generated.
