Victoria Beckham admitted that she regrets having undergone plastic surgery. After turning 42, the designer and wife of David Beckham took stock of her life and admitted regretting some things such as having undergone miracle diets or surgery.

The designer is said to have had her first surgery in 1999, followed by another in 2006, before finally reducing her size in 2009. The former Spice Girl also said that we should not let others have the power to influence what to do with our bodies. Victoria is not the only A-lister who has gone under the knife and regretted her decision. Last year, during an appearance on the television show Bear Grylls, American actress Courteney Cox admitted that she wishes she hadn't had surgery to try to prolong her youthful appearance. “I have done things that I regret, and luckily they are things that dissolve and go away.”
