Linda Hamilton and James Cameron formed one of the most surprising couples in Hollywood. The former couple met in 1984 during the filming of the successful science fiction film, 'Terminator', where Cameron was the director and Hamilton gave life to the iconic Sarah Connors. In 1991 they worked together again with the sequel to the film, 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day', and after filming they moved in together. Years later, in 1993, they welcomed their first daughter, Josephine, so shortly after, in 1997, they said "I do."
However, it seems that their marriage was not very idyllic or long-lived. In 1999, Hamilton and Cameron decided to divorce and start new paths separately after the actor had an affair with the 'Titanic' actress, Suzy Amis, whom he married in 2000 and whose marriage is still together today.
Now, during ComicCon in Dublin, Linda has recalled the years that she spent with the famous director and has thrown a hint criticizing her marriage.

"I love Dublin," Hamilton told the Express. "I mean, we're working, you know, we work hard, and I can't be a tourist and work at the same time, so I'll have to take another exclusive trip."
"But this is more or less how I feel about Ireland in general: that even a honeymoon with James Cameron couldn't ruin Ireland for me," Linda confessed in front of the public. "I love Ireland."
It is not the first time that Hamilton has spoken about her marriage to Cameron. In 2019, Hamilton confessed to The New York Times that "that relationship was a mystery to all of us, including Jim and me, because we are terribly unequal." "He used to say that we fit together like a puzzle: where he is convex, I am concave," she said.
"I think what happened there is that he really fell for Sarah Connor. And so did I," she admitted, sharing that the breakup left her "completely devastated for years." "But I'm so glad to be free of that. I would never, ever put so much energy into something that doesn't work again," Linda said.
