Last March, the iconic Kaley Cuoco gave birth to her first child, Matilda, along with her partner, actor Tom Pelphrey. The couple met during the filming of the last season of 'Ozark' and began their relationship a little over a year ago, for this reason, on the occasion of their anniversary, they shared photographs of the little girl on social networks.

Cuoco and Matilda not only bear an incredible resemblance sharing blue eyes and their characteristic blonde hair, but they are also thick and thin and Kaley loves sharing images with her daughter of special moments or of her day-to-day meeting the actress's friends.

However, motherhood does not stop Kaley who continues with her active life and playing sports, there has simply been a small turn of events. The actress from 'The Big Bang Theory' has shared that she has suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome since she welcomed the little girl, so her personal trainer, Ryan Sorensen, has had to make some small readjustments in the sports routine.

"Since she had her baby, @kaleycuoco has been suffering from what is called carpal tunnel syndrome," Sorensen shared in a video on her Instagram account where we see Kaley training. "Basically numbness and tingling in the hands and arms due to a pinched nerve, mainly because it's putting a lot of load on the baby."

Hence, aside from deferring her exercise routines, we simply adjust them to prioritize the lower body and core," he clarified. "Continuously seeking solutions for these challenges and, above all, eliminating excuses!"

"This is a genuine issue. Look it up on Google," Cuoco emphasized in the video addressing the syndrome. "I believe the key to improvement lies in adopting hands-free workouts, avoiding putting any weight on my hands."

In the video we can see the actress training without using her hands and with orthopedic devices on her wrists to avoid damage. In her new workout, Kaley runs on a treadmill, lightly boxes, and does aerobics using her own weight and objects like a yoga ball, elastic band, or cones placed on the ground for progressive running.

"And this is how you do an exercise without hands and still get your ass kicked," the actress commented in the video after showing all the exercises she performs. "So you can always do it.",

Without a doubt, nothing can stop Cuoco, and as she says: "There are no excuses".
