Sharon Stone critiques ex-teammates, except Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro

Sharon Stone, the Hollywood star who has been participating in the most important movies on the scene for more than 40 years, admitted that during her career she suffered many episodes of machismo and that she shared jobs with many misogynistic men.

The actress, who participated in the acclaimed Casino in 1995, clarified that her companions in said film, Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci did not behave with her in that way.

"I worked with some of the biggest stars on the scene, who literally spoke to me face to face and told me what to do," she revealed to Variety magazine. "They were so misogynistic, although Robert De Niro wasn't, and Joe Pesci wasn't, they weren't. But I worked with a lot of stars who were constantly telling me what to do," she added.

"They didn't listen to me and they didn't want my performance to harm theirs. That's not being a good actor. I understand that everyone loves you and thinks you're the best, but in human experience, this is not the case," explained the actress.

Although she did not give specific names about this mistreatment, those pointed out could be many, since she has no less than 60 movies and almost thirty appearances on television and series.

In 1995, Stone starred in Martin Scorsese's Casino as Ginger McKenna, a beautiful but complex woman who falls in love with both De Niro and Pesci. This role forever changed Sharon's career, which became a kind of femme fatale for Hollywood.

"I am always called to be the woman who takes off her clothes and acts like a sociopath, just because I once did. I am not called to be a sensitive, intelligent character... I came into this world looking like a Barbie and it has done that people don't give me the oppo allow me else," Stone opened up.

Sharon has built a career based on great roles, although she has also been involved in various controversies, for being a woman who does not usually remain silent. She once again showed that she does not mince words and that she does not hesitate to speak well of those who have never failed her. Good for Robert and Joe.
