The actress is very angry with the South African tycoon for sharing a photo of the cosplay with which she surprised him when they were a couple.
Actress Amber Heard exploded against her ex-boyfriend Elon Musk for sharing a photo of her wearing a cosplay that she used in private. The actress clarified that she "did not give Elon permission to use the photo," and that she should remain "private."
The South African mogul tweeted the image in question, which showed Heard dressed as the character Mercy from the video game Overwatch. He did so to confirm an anecdote that appears in author Walter Isaacson's new biography of her life.
According to her, Heard was particularly offended by the billionaire's actions because "Elon asked her several times to talk to Walter" for the book, which she did "out of respect for Elon."
On Elon Musk, Isaacson revealed how the Aquaman star, 37, set out to get the ensemble after the Tesla co-founder, 52, said he looked like the Overwatch character.
“She spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could play the role for him,” the journalist wrote. Musk posted a photo of his ex-girlfriend wearing the costume in question on Twitter and said: “She dressed as Mercy. She was amazing.”
The photo, which was apparently taken with a cellphone at someone's home, showed Heard wearing a cleavage-revealing latex bodysuit with matching angel wings and a helmet with a gold halo. The actress and the mogul dated for a year in 2017.
Elsewhere in the biography, Isaacson claimed that Elon's friends and brother, Kimbal Musk, "hated Heard with a passion that dwarfed her dislike of Justine (Wilson, Elon's first wife)."
Despite all the hatred towards Heard, the actress fondly remembered her relationship with the mogul and said that he is notoriously impulsive. "Elon loves fire and sometimes he gets burned," Heard said.
