1. Jack Osbourne (Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's son)
The reality TV star and son of rocker Ozzy Osbourne managed to avoid any arrest for his drug use, but his sudden arrival to stardom with the show The Osbournes led him to smoke marijuana and get drunk from the age of 13. Osbourne switched to prescription medication the following year before a suicide attempt finally landed him in rehab in April 2003, at age 17.
"When I was in treatment they told me, there's no reason you should be sitting here, because everything you say you've done has killed people before, killed most of the people who've done those things," Osbourne said. Aside from accidentally taking a shot of vodka, Osbourne has been clean and sober since his time in rehab. Since then, he's been getting his fix of it through extreme sports, documenting his adventures, naturally, through various reality shows.
He has also taken the initiative to direct a music video for his father and announced in October that he and his fiancée Lisa Stelly are expecting his first child.
2. Paris Jackson (Daughter of Michael Jackson)
The teenage daughter of the late Michael Jackson has a lot of pressure on her shoulders and, unfortunately, it's showing. She smokes, drinks, and has reportedly spent time in treatment centers for substance abuse and a suicide attempt. She has been quite open about all of the above, sometimes picking on the public for all the attention she receives and other times thanking them for their support.
In February 2016, she vented on Instagram: "The expectations for my dad were ridiculous. He didn't owe them anything, and they still destroyed him daily. I won't let that happen to me," Paris declared.
After turning 18 in 2016, Paris began revamping her appearance, getting tattoos, and spending more time with her boyfriend Michael Snoddy, a drummer who is under fire for his white ink and her clothes. This pairing has brought more controversy into her life, but Snoddy and Paris - who reportedly met at an AA meeting - have endured the spotlight and maintained a positive vibe.
3. Elijah Blue Allman (Son of Cher and Gregg Allman)
The kind of crazy things that Cher's son says occasionally can be ranked from weird to extremely weird. Once on the Howard Stern Show, he claimed that he had used Tilex as a disinfecting method after being with Paris Hilton. When Cher sent him to a rehab center he accused her of being a drug addict. We hope Elijah learns to control his behavior, at least in public.
4. Sean Stewart (Son of Rod Stewart)
Sean has been a problem child since he was 22 years old. He was charged with a felony at a young age in 2002 for assaulting a man outside a club in Miami. In 2010 he was also arrested for driving with an invalid license. In March 2015, he was arrested again for riding on a baggage carousel at an airport.
5. Bobbi Kristina Brown (Daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobbi Brown)
Bobbi Kristina Brown had quite a troubled past. She had a warrant for her arrest for failing to attend a hearing for a lawsuit, which was filed against her for breaking traffic rules. After the tragic death of her mother in a hotel bathtub, she became suicidal and was later found unconscious (also in a bathtub) in January 2015. She died a couple of months later while she was in a coma.
