Margot Robbie has responded to the rumors surrounding her alleged emotional breakdown outside Cara Delevingne's Los Angeles residence back in September.

During that period, speculations swirled that Robbie's tears were linked to concerns about her Suicide Squad co-star Delevingne, who had also been witnessed in a distressed state, displaying behavior perceived as erratic.

In early September, Delevingne was spotted boarding Jay-Z's private jet for a mere 45-minute ride, and later, she left the airport wearing nothing but socks.

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Robbie refuted these rumors, firmly denying any tears and asserting that she wasn't even present at Delevingne's residence when the photos were taken.

Robbie recounted that her mother called her after seeing the pictures, worried about their well-being. "First of all, yes, and yes," Robbie reassured her mother. "Secondly, I wasn't at Cara's house - I was outside an Airbnb she had rented for five days! And I wasn't crying!"

Further elaborating, Robbie explained, "I had something in my eye. I was attempting to adjust my face mask while juggling a cup of coffee, and that stubborn hair wouldn't leave my eye."

Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne, longtime friends, have encountered their fair share of intrusions by paparazzi. Recently, during a joint vacation in Argentina, paparazzi attempted to capture their moment while entering a taxi, sparking fresh rumors that Robbie had sustained an injury.

The former Neighbors star clarified that she was not injured during the incident but emphasized the danger posed by overzealous photographers. She expressed concern for her family in Australia, who have also been exposed to risks due to the relentless pursuit of photographs. Robbie questioned the ethics behind such actions, saying, "If my mother were to meet with an accident because you wanted a photo of my grocery shopping, or if my nephew were to fall off his bike, why? All for a photograph?" She decried the persistent danger of such practices, lamenting the lack of change in the industry.
