Prince Harry attacks the royal family in front of the Supreme Court

If Prince Harry was thinking about attending the coronation of Charles III and doing so under his own terms and conditions, his chances are increasingly slimmer...

During his visit to the United Kingdom to appear at the High Court in London for the litigation he maintains against British tabloids, especially Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), publisher of the Daily Mail; The Duke of Sussex took aim at the Royal Family, accusing it of maintaining a link with the tabloid that did not allow him to deny any information (something he had already done in the docuseries he produced with Netflix and in his memoirs).

The prince said that a lawyer for the Royal Family told him in 2005 that he "was clearly receiving instructions from within the institution so that neither William nor I would get involved in the phone hacking matter."

Furthermore, he once again focused on the fact that he had “an uncomfortable relationship with the press” after the death of his mother, but “as a member of the Institution, the guidelines were never to complain, never to explain.”

“It was made clear that we didn't need to know anything about phone hacking,” he said, according to The Times about Harry's statement in front of the High Court in London.

“I didn't know my phone had been hacked and I thought no one would be stupid enough to hack my own phone given the security implications and the consequences of that private information ending up in the wrong hands,” he added.

For Prince Harry, all these maneuvers were possible thanks to the involvement of the monarchy, which gave the green light, according to him, to the interference.

Staying at Frogmore Cottage, the Duke of Sussex also takes advantage of his stay in the United Kingdom to begin moving the belongings that the family still has in the house that will now become the residence of his uncle, Prince Andrew.
