Talina Fernández finalized the details of her will days before she died. Her grandchildren, Mariana Levy's children, will receive a part of her inheritance.
Patricio Levy has just given an extensive interview in which he talked about Talina Fernández and how her mother went through her difficult illness and the last days of her life. Likewise, Pato made very clear everything that has to do with the will of “The Lady of Good Saying.”
A little over a month after the departure of Talina Fernández, her son, Patricio Levy opened up in an interview with TVyNovelas and talked about what the last days of her mother were like, who died of leukemia.
First of all, he said that the artist began to experience health problems and that is why they went to a hepatologist, who diagnosed her with dysplastic myelosis.
In order not to worry her, the actress and television presenter was told that she had acute anemia. However, the situation worsened much more than expected and in just 3 weeks Talina Fernández was hospitalized. “She was hospitalized since Saturday and died on Wednesday,” said her son.
He also indicated that her mother could have had stomach surgery to relieve her pain, but they decided not to do it since the surgery would have only extended her life expectancy by just a week.
In line with this, she refused to give her consent to be resuscitated if necessary, as this was the wish that had been expressed to her by her star.
“She told me that, if she saw that there was nothing, then she would be calm and that she would not suffer anymore. And if in one of those, there was a paradise and she saw Mariana again, she would have been worth it,” said Patricio Levy.
Patricio Levy indicated that on Wednesday, June 28, she received a call from the doctors in which they told her that it was most likely that her mother would not make it through the day. It was then that he decided to call all of Mariana Levy's children so they could say goodbye to her grandmother.
Finally, he also explained how they handled the matter of the will. In this sense, he said that a week before the sad outcome, her mother applied the latest modifications “so that everyone would have things as they should be.”
According to what he said in the interview, Talina Fernández's assets will be divided into 3 parts: between him, her brother Coco, and Mariana Levy's 3 children (María, Paula, and José Emilio).
