The clashes between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continue to be exposed to the public eye amid a legal dispute over a French winery.
A message from 2021 in which Angelina Jolie explained to Brad Pitt that she was selling her share of the French winery they shared to forget their relationship and the actor's problems with alcohol was leaked on the TikTok platform, after which the American press confirmed its truthfulness.
In the email, which according to ET appears in court documents, the actress stated that she preferred to get rid of her half of Chateau Miraval because the site marked "the beginning of the end" for her family and it was a business "focused on the alcohol".
In this way, Angelina Jolie made reference to Brad Pitt's problems with alcoholism, publicly recognized by the actor, which were one of the causes of her divorce.
In this sense, she went so far as to argue that she could not continue in an alcohol-related business when "alcoholic behaviors have deeply hurt her family."
"I was hoping it would be something that would keep us together and give us peace. Now I see that you really wanted me away and you will be delighted to receive this email," the actress added.

In addition, the protagonist of 'Maleficient' pointed out that she had seen many "inappropriate behaviors", money spent "in ways that she would not have approved" and decisions for which she "was not consulted" and that ended up harming her.
"I was disturbed by the images that were used to sell alcohol. I find it irresponsible and not something I want children to see. It reminded me of painful times," she explained.
When the actress sold her stake in the winery earlier this year, Pitt sued her, alleging that the deal violated the terms of their divorce, as they agreed not to dissolve the business.
Currently, Angelina Jolie is also in conflict with the protagonist of 'Bullet Train' for custody of his children. In fact, she recently accused Brad Pitt of hitting her and her children during a trip to Los Angeles in 2016, when they were returning from the French winery.
According to the actress, the actor grabbed one of her children by the neck, slapped the other and shook Jolie's head while he was drunk and spilling drinks on her family.
