The actress expressed her excitement, saying, "I went on an excursion to #SwissNationalPark, and when I tried to walk, I felt very calm because my leg and foot worked wonderfully."

She went on to recount her recent hiking adventures, describing how she confidently traversed uphill, managing uneven terrains for an entire hour. After that, she gracefully descended, all the while reveling in the natural beauty of a meadow. The following day, Judd embarked on another hiking endeavor, this time in the high Alp of #Ticino, where she worked tirelessly, acknowledging the formidable effort required for her rehabilitation. She even proudly shared that she had carried firewood to their alpine cabin.

The 53-year-old actress also expressed her gratitude to the medical professionals who have been instrumental in her recovery journey. She marveled at the video capturing her foot's movement, a milestone that defied expectations. She noted, "We expected my foot, if it ever did, to 'start' moving in a year, and in almost five months, it has left us all speechless."

Despite the progress, Judd acknowledged that her leg would never be the same, but she greeted this new reality with optimism and eagerness. She looks forward to the "fabulous life ahead" of her. The 'High Crimes' star radiates strength and determination.

The Emmy-nominated actress's ordeal began last February when she embarked on a "grueling" 55-hour recovery mission after a fall in a rainforest during the night. The accident resulted in internal bleeding, a leg broken in four places, and significant nerve damage. Yet, her incredible resilience and unwavering spirit have propelled her towards a remarkable recovery, allowing her to once again embrace the simple joys of walking.
