Supermodel Heidi Klum and her husband, musician Tom Kaulitz, have been married for almost four years, proving that a 16-year age difference is no obstacle to true love.
At 49, Klum is still considering the idea of adding to her family with another child, which would be her first with Kaulitz. She also spoke openly about her upcoming 50th birthday, revealing what she expects from her husband for that special date.
During a recent appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show, Klum was invited to participate in a game. To do this, she was given a lollipop with ja (“yes”) and ne (“no”) written on both sides. And when she was asked if she would have another child, Klum admitted: “It depends on what day it is. Sometimes I'm here, other times I'm here, you know?” referring to the two sides of the palette she had in her hand.
The model had her first child, Leni, with an ex-boyfriend when she was 30 years old. The following year, Klum became pregnant for the first time with her then-husband, singer Seal. She later had two more children, making Klum the mother of four, who are now 18, 17, 16, and 13 years old.
About her motherhood, the model said: “I have done it four times. And each time, I breastfed for eight months and then I got pregnant again...''
However, it seems that she still wants to embark on the journey of motherhood again, this time with her current husband, as Klum showed the “yes” of the palette. During the show, the celebrity explained: “I've already waited a long time, so maybe 'yes'.”
The America's Got Talent judge will turn 50 on June 1 and she has made it clear to her husband that she wants a “big birthday party” to celebrate the date.
Klum revealed: “I told my husband he better get his act together and do something good.” She added: "That's because I haven't had any big birthdays over the years...of course, you're always going to have friends and family, but I've thought 50 is a pretty big number."
