In the Season 3 finale, Khloé opened up about Tristan and her brother Amani moving in with her following the tragic passing of the athlete's mother. However, in a preview for Season 4, Khloé makes a striking statement, suggesting that Tristan deserves to be "castrated."
One intriguing teaser scene depicts Khloé sharing a meal with her friend Malika Haq, who proposes the idea of trying to salvage her family. Khloé's response is quite blunt: "If someone did to my daughter what Tristan did to me, I would probably castrate them... and smile while doing it."
Additionally, the teaser offers a glimpse of Kourtney having a conversation with Tristan, where she tells him, "Our children watch our actions, not our words. I don't think you deserve Khloé."
