Apparently, the Duchess of Sussex would have convinced Prince Harry to publicly air details of his life in the royal family, firing heavy ammunition at William.
The war between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle seems to have no end and no possibility of reconciliation shortly.
Although the sisters-in-law have not crossed paths in public for a year, the truth is that in the private sphere, the relationship is even more strained and they do not even call each other to greet each other on their birthdays or to keep the relationship between their children alive.
Apparently, the turning point between the two was the suggestion that Markle made to Prince Harry to air the details of his departure from the Royal Family and to publicly criticize his brother William, which would have made Middleton angry by saying that there is no possible reconciliation between the two.
In addition to the criticism of the Prince of Wales, expressed in the docuseries Harry Meghan and in Prince Spare's memoirs, the Duchess was also not very kind to the couple when referring to the first meeting with them when she began dating Harry.
"When William and Kate came home and I met her for the first time I was wearing ripped jeans and was barefoot. I'm a big hugger, I always give hugs and I didn't know that was very rare for a lot of Brits," she said.
And, he added: "I guess I understood very quickly that the exterior formality was transferred to the interior. It seemed that there was a way of being on the outside, but then you closed the door and... 'Ugh, that's great! Okay, now we can relax!' But that formality also goes inside and it surprised me."
In public, neither Kate nor William could respond to the accusations, so the princess's uncle, Gary Goldsmith, did the same to defend the marriage after the docuseries.
“To me, the series seemed not only scripted and inauthentic, but also unfair, selfish, unreasonable, and disingenuous, especially when it was made knowing that William and Kate would never be able to respond,” he said.
