Kristen Stewart hates her 'unapproachable' reputation

The renowned actress, famed for her role in Twilight and currently showcasing the film Equals at the Toronto Film Festival, addressed the issue in a conversation with Vanity Fair.

Stewart is troubled by the perception that paints her as an intimidating and distant woman. She believes this characterization may be rooted in her dismissive approach to interviews, which she has previously acknowledged as superficial and malicious, according to People.

In Stewart's view, anyone interpreting her as reserved is likely reacting to interviews that she deems insubstantial and insincere. She clarified that her reluctance stems from her refusal to invest herself in something she perceives as lacking authenticity.

The actress is candid about her strong aversion to being the subject of what she considers unreal scenarios, which may contribute to the misconstrued image of her being unapproachable.

Contrary to the projected image of aloofness, Stewart emphasizes her openness and genuine interest in connecting with others. She clarifies that her seemingly abrupt demeanor arises when faced with situations that feel contrived and disconnected from reality.

The actress reveals her aspiration, both professionally and personally, is to authentically present her true self, aiming to break free from the confines of superficiality that often accompany interviews.
