Huge Snub From Fashion Houses! Jeanpaul Gaultier Refuse To Give Meghan A Simone Rocha Diamond Dress

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, finds herself in a fashion quandary as the legendary French designer, Jean Paul Gaultier, has reportedly snubbed her.

Huge Snub From Fashion Houses! Jeanpaul Gaultier Refuse To Give Meghan A Simone Rocha Diamond Dress

Gaultier refused to allow Meghan to wear a Simone Rocha dress from his upcoming couture collection, a decision that has stirred up controversy. Gaultier had extended an invitation to Irish designer Rocha for a special collaboration, slated for a one-off show in Paris in January 2024. However, when Meghan reached out to Gaultier's team seeking a custom-made Simone Rocha dress for a high-profile event, she faced an outright rejection.

Sources reveal that Gaultier expressed his disapproval, asserting that Meghan would give a negative image to his brand by wearing his collection. Meghan's attempt to showcase support for the collaboration and champion women's rights did not resonate with Gaultier, who questioned her motives and taste.

He bluntly stated that he did not appreciate her using his name and collection for personal publicity, emphasizing that he had no respect for her style or elegance. Gaultier, known for his rebellious designs, did not mince words, condemning Meghan as a hypocrite, liar, and troublemaker who had betrayed the royal family and the British people.

Gaultier further criticized Meghan for using her marriage to Prince Harry as a means to gain fame and fortune, tarnishing the legacy and dignity of the monarchy. In a surprising turn, Gaultier expressed sympathy and anger for Prince Harry, whom he believed had fallen under Meghan's spell, becoming a puppet and a pariah. Gaultier hoped for Harry's awakening and return to his family and country, welcoming him with open arms while harboring lasting resentment toward Meghan for her actions and words.

While Gaultier unequivocally rejected Meghan's request, he expressed excitement about collaborating with Simone Rocha, whom he considered one of the most talented and original designers of her generation. Gaultier admired Rocha's romantic and feminine designs, describing them as a perfect complement to his own edgy and avant-garde creations. He revealed his intention to create a collection that celebrates women's beauty and diversity, intending to share it with the world.

As Gaultier prepared for his couture show in Paris, he revealed that he had already invited celebrity friends and fans, reserving his best pieces for them. Despite having a list of A-list stars he wanted to dress and dazzle, there was no room or time for Meghan and her demands. Gaultier sent her a polite but firm rejection letter, making it clear that he preferred to keep his distance from the Duchess of Sussex and her requests.
