They suggest that these disclosures might have been a ploy to enhance book sales. This legal battle arises amidst inquiries by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, seeking access to Harry's visa application. They aim to scrutinize if he provided false information regarding drug usage.

Bardo, representing the Department of Homeland Security, emphasized that Harry's memoir doesn't constitute sworn testimony or conclusive evidence. He highlighted that mere statements in a book don't necessarily reflect reality, suggesting that Harry's immigration records should remain private.

In his memoir, Harry admitted to using marijuana, cocaine, and magic mushrooms, asserting that psychedelics had a positive impact on him. He vividly described his experimentation with hallucinogenic substances as a means of clearing life's filters.

Meanwhile, accusations have surfaced regarding preferential treatment towards Prince Harry by the Biden administration, particularly evident in their support for Harry in the visa case. The DHS contends that making these documents public could breach the Duke's privacy rights.

Gardner, from the Heritage Foundation, raised concerns about potential repercussions if Harry lied on his visa application, suggesting that such falsehoods could lead to his removal from the US. He questioned the Biden administration's handling of the case, insinuating hidden motives behind blocking the release of records. Gardner emphasized the need for transparency, asserting that if Harry was truthful, he should have no qualms about disclosing the records.

Sam Jie, a lawyer for the foundation, argued that Harry's statements in his book should be treated as evidence, emphasizing the seriousness of lying on a visa application. He suggested that if Harry obtained his visa under false pretenses, it would raise significant questions for government officials involved in approving his entry into the country. Jie emphasized the importance of accountability and transparency in addressing potential discrepancies in Harry's immigration process.
