It appears that Aaron Kch, the creator of "Suits," faced a setback when Megan misled the press about being offered a coveted role in the series.
Contrary to her claims, Megan Markle has not been approached for the upcoming revival of "Suits." Kch, who is steering the ship for a new spin-off set in Los Angeles, has made it clear that Marco's character won't be part of the new venture. In a bold move, Kch is crafting a pilot and storyline for "Suits LA," which will introduce a fresh ensemble cast situated in a West Coast law firm.
Despite speculation about Megan's potential return to acting, she is currently not under consideration for any roles in the spin-off. Kch is determined to establish this new iteration independently, opting not to rely on former cast members to carry the show's legacy forward, despite the immense success of the original series on Netflix.
Rachel Harris, a close friend of Kch and former "Suits" actress, shared insights during the 11th Makeup Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Award event in Beverly Hills. Harris, known for her roles in "Lucifer" and Disney's "Goosebumps," disclosed that Kch has explicitly stated that none of the previous cast members will feature in "Suits LA." However, she hinted at a slight possibility for Megan's involvement in a cameo or crossover, emphasizing Kch's vision for the spin-off to stand on its own.
Regarding Megan's former co-star Patrick J Adams, who portrayed Michael Ross, he confessed to feeling apprehensive about reaching out to her. Despite their on-screen chemistry and shared history on "Suits," Adams admitted to having zero communication with Megan, even after being invited to her wedding in 2018. Reflecting on their relationship, Adams expressed intim-dation and a sense of uncertainty about reconnecting with Megan, citing fear as a barrier to initiating dialogue.
