Baldwin, star and producer of the film, was carrying the prop revolver from which a real bullet came out that fatally hit Hutchins, will go on trial on July 9 accused of involuntary manslaughter.
In the document, the prosecutor alleges that the attitude of Baldwin, whom she describes as "a man who does not control his emotions at all", contributed to the security failures of the filming, as the actor yelled and cursed himself and others. other set workers, sometimes for no apparent reason.
