The documents claim, "Although Pitt's history of mistreatment of Jolie began long before the plane trip family in September 2016 from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he directed his physical abuse at his children. Afterwards, Jolie immediately left him."
Despite an FBI investigation into the incident, which failed to result in charges against Pitt, the former couple continues to share custody of their six children: Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 17, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 15.
