After months of speculation, the 44-year-old performer finally revealed who his current partner is.
Jason Momoa is one of the most popular stars in Hollywood. The actor not only enjoys great success with his film productions and projects, but also usually attracts a lot of attention with his personal life.
Lately there has been strong speculation about his love life and this Monday the mystery finally ended. Through a recent publication on his Instagram account, Momoa shared a series of images about a recent trip to Japan.
In one of the images you can see the star of Aquaman and Duna with Adria Arjona, the Puerto Rican-American actress. In one of the images you can see the couple hugging, sitting at a table next to a group of diners.
"Japan, you are a dream come true, you blew my mind. We are so grateful for everyone who opened their homes, making memories with new and old friends, sharing another amazing adventure with my love. ON THE ROAM motorcycles and chaos. All my aloha," he wrote in the post on his Instagram account.
Momoa's revelation comes after his recent appearance at the 2024 Basingstoke Comic-Con, where he was asked "Are you currently single?", to which Jason responded: "I'm in a relationship." When asked who he was dating, the actor replied: "You'll find out soon enough. I've been in a relationship for a while."
Sources close to the couple report that the romance has been going on for some time, although it is not known exactly when it began.
They both shared the screen in 2021, in the Netflix movie Sweet Girl. In the film, Adria played the wife of Momoa's character. However, at that time there were no rumors of romance, since the actor was still married to actress Lisa Bonet, the mother of his two children and from whom he separated in January 2022.
In addition to her career as an actress, Adria Arjona is known for being the daughter of singer Ricardo Arjona. His best-known works include the first season of Prime Video's Good Omens, and the films Pacific Rim Uprising (2018), Life of the Party (2018), Triple Frontier (2019), 6 Underground (2019) and Morbius (2022).
She was also part of the miniseries Irma Vep alongside Alicia Vikander, and Andor, the Star Wars spin-off where she played Bix Caleen. For this year she is scheduled to release the romantic action comedy Hit Man alongside Glen Powell, and the thriller Blink Twice, the first film directed by Zoë Kravitz, Momoa's stepdaughter.
